Bailee Boyd joined Trinity Capital Management as a Client Experience Specialist intern in September 2024 while completing her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development at The University of Texas at Tyler. She graduated in May 2025 and now serves full-time as a Client Associate.
Bailee is a graduate of Whitehouse High School, where she proudly served as Captain of the drill team. Following high school, she was honored to be selected as a member of the 82nd line of the World Famous Kilgore College Rangerettes. During her two years with the Rangerettes, Bailee held leadership roles as Freshman Treasurer, Head Swingster, and Left Middle Lieutenant.
With a lifelong passion for dance, Bailee remains actively involved in the East Texas dance community. She choreographs for various teams and individuals and works as an instructor at the dance studio where she grew up. She finds great joy in inspiring and mentoring young dancers who remind her of herself at their age.
In her free time, Bailee enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, staying active, traveling, and intentionally growing in her faith. She looks forward to continuing to create meaningful memories with her loved ones.
