• Getting to Know You

    We call our first meeting with a potential client the “Fit” meeting.

    This meeting is designed for us to get to know you and for you to get to know us.

    The primary objective of this meeting is about both parties determining if they can work together, or in other words, Is there a potential “Fit?”

    In this meeting, we spend time discovering the answer to the question: “What’s important to you?”

  • Discovery & Consultation

    Once we determine there is a potential “Fit,” we set a second appointment to gather the necessary financial information in order to be able to create and recommend a wealth management plan.

    We strive to discover your life goals and dreams as well as your financial objectives.

    We seek to not only help you identify and articulate your goals, but also to prioritize those goals.

  • Analysis & Plan Development

    Our team reviews and analyzes all information from the discovery meeting.

    Using the Wells Fargo planning software called Envision®, we input your goals and existing financial information and then perform a “stress test” to determine the probability of achieving those goals.

    From the Envision analysis, we develop a specific wealth management plan which includes recommendations for an appropriate asset allocation mix as well as detailed investment strategies.

    We meet to review the Envision analysis, lay out the wealth management plan proposal including how we are compensated.

  • Plan Implementation

    Once we have agreed on the wealth management plan, we begin the process of implementation.

    All necessary new accounts are opened and funded with cash and/or securities transferred from other financial institutions if applicable.

    The specific investment strategy will then begin to be executed. This process may take several months depending on financial markets conditions and tax implications of transactions.

  • Plan Review & Evaluation

    We can meet with clients to review progress toward reaching their goals and objectives.

    Overall plan progress is evaluated and adjustments are made in this meeting as needed as financial markets change and important life events occur.

  • Ongoing Service & Reviews

    We schedule periodic meetings with each client to review plan progress, evaluate portfolio performance and asset allocation, and discuss specific investment strategies.

    We make portfolio risk assessments based on historical performance and current market conditions.

    We strive to stay in touch with our clients through frequent contact by phone and email.

•Envision® methodology: Based on accepted statistical methods, the Envision tool uses a simulation model to test your Ideal, Acceptable and Recommended Investment Plans. The simulation model uses assumptions about inflation, financial market returns and the relationships among these variables. These assumptions were derived from analysis of historical data. Using Monte Carlo simulation, the Envision tool simulates 1,000 different potential outcomes over a lifetime of investing varying historical risk, return, and correlation amongst the assets. Some of these scenarios will assume strong financial market returns, similar to the best periods of history for investors. Others will be similar to the worst periods in investing history. Most scenarios will fall somewhere in between.
