With almost 30 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Brad Bays has helped his clients address their investment planning and investment management needs by developing sound strategies and by focusing on each client's specific needs. His goal is to provide a high level of investment management advice through a disciplined, planning based process. From this process he develops customized solutions to help clients achieve their goals.

In 2011, he co-founded Trinity Capital Management with the primary goal of taking a team approach to provide independent, unbiased, investment planning advice and investment management for individuals, families, endowments, foundations, and corporations.

Brad earned his bachelor's degree in Business at Stephen F. Austin in 1991 and received his CIMA® (Certified Investment Management Analyst) certification in 2002 from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. Outside of the office, Brad has a passion for learning that he fulfills through reading and travel. When Brad is not working with clients, his favorite way to spend time is with his sons, Brit and Brooks. He likes to stay active both physically and mentally whether it is internet broadcasting his son's football and baseball games, working at the ranch, or just traveling and enjoying his friends. He is also active in the community serving as the Vice President of the Board of the Children's Advocacy Center of Smith County and as a member of the Tyler Rose Festival Strutter organization.

"My passion is helping clients of Trinity Capital Management first define and then plan for and implement the solutions to the complex financial issues designed to help allow them to live their best life."
