Olivia joined TCM in November 2025 as a Client Associate. She supports the partners with administrative needs, daily office operations, client services, and overall client experience. She also coordinates and designs all social media projects and platform content. Her background in customer service and marketing provides valuable insight into enhancing client experience and its direct connection to continued success.
She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dance Education and went on to complete her Master of Science in Kinesiology. Her diverse professional and academic background has built a strong foundation in communication, client experience, and organizational leadership, and she remains passionate about growth, adaptability, and ongoing professional development.
Outside the office, Olivia continues her passion for education by teaching dance to students of all ages. She is actively involved in Leadership Tyler as a participant in its Catalyst 100 organization. Olivia also enjoys staying active, exploring the natural beauty of Tyler, and remaining grounded in her faith.
